Westwinds is the fiscal anchor of Spencer Township. Encompassing the area south of Old State Line Road and east of Berkey Southern (SR-295), this zone generates the majority of the township’s non-residential revenue. With direct access to the Ohio Turnpike and a dedicated rail spur, it is the region’s premier logistics hub.

The “Last Mile” Expansion Strategy

Only 17.35 acres of prime undeveloped land remain within the current park footprint. SOAR CIC is actively managing the strategy to annex and develop the adjacent 38-acre township-owned parcel to meet demand for mid-sized logistics facilities.

Infrastructure Modernization

Modern logistics require modern connectivity. Current initiatives include the extension of high-speed fiber broadband to all park tenants and street lighting upgrades at key intersections (Eber & Shaffer) to support safe 24-hour operations.
